A. Health Education, Service Promotion and Social Mobilisation
- Provide health education and promote MSF services within communities and health facilities.
- Conduct health talks, community dialogues, mobilisation activities and support outreach campaigns (vaccination, screening, distributions, etc.).
- Conduct social mobilisation to support mass vaccination campaigns, distributions or other activities.
B. Community Feedback & Situation Analysis
- Collect and report community feedback (security concerns, rumours, service perceptions, needs, red flags).
- Support basic data collection (surveys or other project tools).
C. Social Networking & Mapping
- Support community mapping (villages, stakeholders, gathering points, geographic routes).
- Build and maintain links with community leaders, service providers and social actors.
D. Community-Based Surveillance & Linkage to Care
- Participate in routine data collection on morbidity, mortality, births, deaths and population movements.
- Support case finding (symptom screening, MUAC, RDT, vaccination status checks, etc.).
- Facilitate referrals and guide community members to MSF services.
- Participate in tracing (missed appointments, lost-to-follow-up, defaulters, contacts).
E. Community Case Management (Depending on project and training)
- Support diagnosis and treatment of malaria, diarrhea, respiratory infections, malnutrition, etc.
- Identify and communicate needs related to SRH, MH, WATSAN, protection/SGBV and other health topics.
- Facilitate referrals to higher levels of care and contribute to data collection and follow-up.
F. Supportive Community Activities
- Support activities creating supportive environments (youth clubs, support groups, recreational activities, community committees).
- Participate in stigma-reduction initiatives (anti-stigma campaigns, testimonies, storytelling).
